Tax regime for Latvian holding companies
As of 2013 Latvia has adopted favourable tax regime for Latvian holding companies. Essence of holding regime: a company owns other company shares and its main income are dividends.
New Amendments to the Immigration Law

On March 2, 2013 INLAT PLUS law firm has participated at the event devoted to the 20th anniversary of the American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia. The celebration has gathered more than 200 guests, among whom there were well-known businessmen, politicians, press representatives. Special guests to the event were US Ambassador Mark Pekala and Minister of Economics of Latvia Daniels Pavluts.
Established in 1993 by 27 investors, American Chamber of Commerce has now grown to 130 members. For many years the list of members include INLAT PLUS law firm, which actively participates at events organized by the US Embassy in Riga and American Chamber of Commerce in Latvia. INLAT PLUS law firm successfully provides legal assistance to both the US nationals in Latvia and the Latvian nationals in USA, thus contributing to the development of relations between the countries.
