Its use is determined by the need not to leave property associated with a criminal offense at the disposal of the offender.<\/p>\n\n<p>If a criminal offense under Articles 262 or 262.1 of the Criminal Law is committed on a vehicle that does not belong to the offender, but to another person, then the person who committed the criminal offense is charged the full or partial cost of this
