Dokuments, kas saska\u0146\u0101 ar augst\u0101k nor\u0101d\u012bto noteikumu 10.punktu j\u0101noform\u0113, pl\u0101nojot darba vides iek\u0161\u0113jo uzraudz\u012bbu, ir darba vides iek\u0161\u0113j\u0101s uzraudz\u012bbas pl\u0101ns. T\u0101du pl\u0101nu darba dev\u0113js sast\u0101da ne ret\u0101k k\u0101 reizi gad\u0101. Zi\u0146as par ievadinstrukt\u0101\u017eu re\u0123istr\u0113 attiec\u012bg\u0101 ievadinstrukt\u0101\u017eas \u017eurn\u0101l\u0101, bet instrukt\u0101\u017eu darba viet\u0101 fiks\u0113 \u017eurn\u0101l\u0101 par instrukt\u0101\u017eu darba viet\u0101. Darba dev\u0113js, r\u012bkojot ievadinstrukt\u0101\u017eu, piem\u0113ro MK apstiprin\u0101tus \u017eurn\u0101lu paraugus. Ievadinstrukt\u0101\u017eu, ierakstot inform\u0101ciju \u017eurn\u0101l\u0101, veic speci\u0101li apm\u0101c\u012bts darba dev\u0113js vai darba aizsardz\u012bbas speci\u0101lists, bet instrukt\u0101\u017eu darba viet\u0101 r\u012bko tie\u0161i darba vad\u012bt\u0101js. Min\u0113to noteikumu izpratn\u0113 individu\u0101l\u0101s aizsardz\u012bbas l\u012bdzek\u013ci ir \u2013 izstr\u0101d\u0101jumi, ier\u012bces, iek\u0101rtas un sist\u0113mas, kuras nodarbin\u0101tais valk\u0101 vai cit\u0101di lieto darb\u0101, lai aizsarg\u0101tu savu dro\u0161\u012bbu un vesel\u012bbu no viena vai vair\u0101ku darba vides riska faktoru iedarb\u012bbas.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Dokumenti jom\u0101, kas saist\u012bta ar vesel\u012bbas aizsardz\u012bbu<\/h2>\n\n<p>LR MK noteikumi Nr.86 no 1997.gada 4.marta \u201cNoteikumi par oblig\u0101to vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaudi un apm\u0101c\u012bbu pirm\u0101s pal\u012bdz\u012bbas snieg\u0161an\u0101\u201d nosaka darba dev\u0113jam pien\u0101kumu par saviem l\u012bdzek\u013ciem veikt oblig\u0101t\u0101s vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaudes darbiniekiem \u2013 vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaude pirms darba l\u012bguma nosl\u0113g\u0161anas, iepriek\u0161\u0113j\u0101 (pirmreiz\u0113j\u0101) vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaude &#8211; mainot darba profilu, k\u0101 ar\u012b periodisk\u0101 vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaude. T\u0101das p\u0101rbaudes j\u0101veic darbiniekiem, kuru vesel\u012bbas st\u0101vokli ietekm\u0113 vai var ietekm\u0113t vesel\u012bbai kait\u012bgie darba vides faktori, k\u0101 ar\u012b kuri ir nodarbin\u0101ti vai tiks nodarbin\u0101ti darb\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161os apst\u0101k\u013cos.<\/p>\n\n<p>MK ir apstiprin\u0101jis kait\u012bgo faktoru un darbu \u012bpa\u0161os apst\u0101k\u013cos sarakstu. Vis\u0101m darbinieku oblig\u0101taj\u0101m vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaud\u0113m j\u0101b\u016bt dokument\u0113t\u0101m uz\u0146\u0113mum\u0101 atbilsto\u0161i R\u012bkojumam Nr.8 no 1998.gada 12.janv\u0101ra \u201cOblig\u0101t\u0101s vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaudes veik\u0161anas k\u0101rt\u012bba\u201d. Nos\u016btot darbinieku uz vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaudi, darba dev\u0113jam j\u0101noform\u0113 oblig\u0101t\u0101s vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbaudes karte. Oblig\u0101t\u0101s p\u0101rbaudes rezult\u0101tus ieraksta person\u012bgaj\u0101 darbinieka medic\u012bnas kart\u0113, kuru darba dev\u0113js ieg\u0101d\u0101jas vides vesel\u012bbas centra teritori\u0101laj\u0101 noda\u013c\u0101. P\u0113c p\u0101rbaudes medic\u012bnas karte ar \u0101rsta sl\u0113dzienu j\u0101iesniedz darba dev\u0113jam un tai past\u0101v\u012bgi j\u0101atrodas darbinieka darba viet\u0101. Oblig\u0101to vesel\u012bbas p\u0101rbau\u017eu uzskaiti var veikt, aizpildot attiec\u012bgu uzskaites \u017eurn\u0101lu. Atbilsto\u0161i LR MK Noteikumiem NR.86 no 1997.gada 4.marta darba dev\u0113ja pien\u0101kums ir sast\u0101d\u012bt un apstiprin\u0101t uz\u0146\u0113mum\u0101 to personu sarakstu, kuru darbs saist\u012bts ar vesel\u012bbai kait\u012bgiem darba vides faktoriem. K\u0101 ar\u012b darba dev\u0113jam ir pien\u0101kums par saviem l\u012bdzek\u013ciem nodro\u0161in\u0101t darbinieku apm\u0101c\u012bbu pirm\u0101s pal\u012bdz\u012bbas snieg\u0161an\u0101. Darbiniekam j\u0101zina, k\u0101d\u0101 veid\u0101 vi\u0146\u0161 var darb\u0101 cietu\u0161am sniegt pal\u012bdz\u012bbu un k\u0101 piem\u0113rot medikamentus no aptieci\u0146as, kuras esam\u012bba uz\u0146\u0113mum\u0101 ir oblig\u0101ta saska\u0146\u0101 ar likumu.
