pretpras\u012bbu, tre\u0161\u0101s personas pieteikumu ar patst\u0101v\u012bgu pras\u012bjumu par str\u012bda priek\u0161metu, kas iesniegts jau ies\u0101kt\u0101 proces\u0101, pieteikumu sevi\u0161\u0137\u0101s ties\u0101\u0161anas k\u0101rt\u012bbas liet\u0101s, k\u0101 ar\u012b citiem \u0161aj\u0101 pant\u0101 paredz\u0113tajiem pieteikumiem, kurus iesniedz ties\u0101, \u2014 maks\u0101jama valsts nodeva \u0161\u0101d\u0101 apm\u0113r\u0101:<\/p>\n\n<h4>par pras\u012bbu, kas nov\u0113rt\u0113jama naudas summ\u0101:<\/h4>\n\n<p>a) l\u012bdz 100 latiem \u2014 10 lati,<\/p>\n\n<p>b) no 101 lata l\u012bdz 1000 latiem \u2014 15 procenti no pras\u012bbas summas,<\/p>\n\n<p>c) no 1001 lata l\u012bdz 5000 latiem \u2014 150 latu plus 2,5 procenti no pras\u012bbas summas, kas p\u0101rsniedz 1000 latus,<\/p>\n\n<p>d) no 5001 lata l\u012bdz 20 000 latiem \u2014 250 latu plus 1,6 procenti no pras\u012bbas summas, kas p\u0101rsniedz 5000 latus,<\/p>\n\n<p>e) no 20 001 lata l\u012bdz 100 000 latiem \u2014 490 latu plus 1 procents no pras\u012bbas summas, kas p\u0101rsniedz 20 000 latus,<\/p>\n\n<p>f) no 100 001 lata l\u012bdz 500 000 latiem \u2014 1290 latu plus 0,3 procenti no pras\u012bbas summas, kas p\u0101rsniedz 100 000 latus,<\/p>\n\n<p>g) vair\u0101k par 500 000 latiem \u2014 2490 latu plus 0,05 procenti no pras\u012bbas summas, kas p\u0101rsniedz 500 000 latus;<\/p>\n\n<ul><li>par pras\u012bbas pieteikumu laul\u012bbas \u0161\u0137ir\u0161anas liet\u0101 \u2014 50 latu,<\/li><li>par pras\u012bbas pieteikumu laul\u012bbas \u0161\u0137ir\u0161anas liet\u0101 ar personu, kas noteikt\u0101 k\u0101rt\u012bb\u0101 atz\u012bta par bezv\u0113sts promeso\u0161u vai r\u012bc\u012bbnesp\u0113j\u012bgu gara slim\u012bbas vai pl\u0101npr\u0101t\u012bbas j\u0101nov\u0113rt\u0113, \u2014 20 latu;<\/li><li>par pras\u012bbas nodro\u0161in\u0101juma pieteikumu \u2014 20 latu;<\/li><li>par pras\u012bbas nodro\u0161in\u0101juma pieteikumu liet\u0101s, kur\u0101s pras\u012bbas summa p\u0101rsniedz 4000 latus \u2013 0,5 procenti no pras\u012bbas summas;<\/li><li>par pier\u0101d\u012bjumu nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anas pieteikumu liet\u0101s, ja tas iesniegts pirms lietas ierosin\u0101\u0161anas, \u2014 10 latu;<\/li><li>par pieteikumu par bezstr\u012bdus piespiedu izpild\u012b\u0161anu, nekustam\u0101 \u012bpa\u0161uma labpr\u0101t\u012bgu p\u0101rdo\u0161anu izsol\u0113 tiesas ce\u013c\u0101 vai saist\u012bbas priek\u0161meta iesnieg\u0161anu tiesai glab\u0101jum\u0101 \u2014 1 procents no par\u0101da summas, atdodam\u0101s vai labpr\u0101t\u012bg\u0101 izsol\u0113 p\u0101rdodam\u0101s mantas v\u0113rt\u012bbas vai glab\u0101jum\u0101 nododam\u0101 priek\u0161meta v\u0113rt\u012bbas, bet ne vair\u0101k par 100 latiem;<\/li><li>par pieteikumu par izpildu raksta izdo\u0161anu uz past\u0101v\u012bg\u0101s \u0161\u0137\u012br\u0113jtiesas sprieduma pamata vai \u0101rvalsts \u0161\u0137\u012br\u0113jtiesas nol\u0113muma atz\u012b\u0161anu un izpild\u012b\u0161anu \u2014 1 procents no par\u0101da summas, bet ne vair\u0101k par 100 latiem<\/li><li>par pieteikumu par tiesved\u012bbas atjauno\u0161anu un lietas jaunu izskat\u012b\u0161anu liet\u0101, kur\u0101 tais\u012bts aizmugurisks spriedums, \u2014 t\u0101d\u0101 pa\u0161\u0101 apm\u0113r\u0101 k\u0101 par pras\u012bbas pieteikumu;<\/li><li>par v\u0113rt\u012bbas,<\/li><li>ceturt\u0101s \u0161\u0137iras mantiniekiem &#8211; 10 procenti no mantojam\u0101s mantas v\u0113rt\u012bbas;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h4>Liet\u0101s par p\u0113d\u0113j\u0101s gribas r\u012bkojuma akta vai mantojuma l\u012bguma st\u0101\u0161anos likum\u012bg\u0101 sp\u0113k\u0101, ja mantojuma v\u0113rt\u012bba p\u0101rsniedz 10 minim\u0101l\u0101s m\u0113ne\u0161algas:<\/h4>\n\n<ul><li>laul\u0101tajam un pirm\u0101s, otr\u0101s un tre\u0161\u0101s \u0161\u0137iras mantiniekiem &#8211; 50 procenti no liet\u0101s par apstiprin\u0101\u0161anu v\u0113rt\u012bbas;<\/li><li>testament\u0101rajiem vai l\u012bgumiskajiem mantiniekiem, ja tie ir sabiedrisk\u0101 labuma organiz\u0101cijas, \u2014 3 procenti no mantojam\u0101s mantas v\u0113rt\u012bbas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Par apel\u0101cijas s\u016bdz\u012bbu valsts nodeva &#8211; 50 procenti no likmes, kas j\u0101maks\u0101, iesniedzot pras\u012bbas pieteikumu (pieteikumu sevi\u0161\u0137\u0101s ties\u0101\u0161anas k\u0101rt\u012bbas liet\u0101), bet mantiska rakstura str\u012bdos \u2014 no likmes, ko apr\u0113\u0137ina atbilsto\u0161i str\u012bda summai.<\/p>\n\n<p>Blakus s\u016bdz\u012bba par tiesas l\u0113mumu ar valsts nodevu nav apmaks\u0101jama.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Pras\u012bbas summa ir:<\/h4>\n\n<ul><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par naudas piedzi\u0146u &#8211; piedzenam\u0101 summa;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par mantas izpras\u012b\u0161anu &#8211; izpras\u0101m\u0101s mantas v\u0113rt\u012bba;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par uzturl\u012bdzek\u013cu piedzi\u0146u &#8211; maks\u0101jumu kopsumma par vienu gadu;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par termin\u0113tiem maks\u0101jumiem un devumiem &#8211; visu maks\u0101jumu vai devumu kopsumma, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 par trim gadiem;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par beztermi\u0146a vai m\u016b\u017ea maks\u0101jumiem un devumiem &#8211; visu maks\u0101jumu un devumu kopsumma par trim gadiem;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par maks\u0101jumu vai devumu samazin\u0101\u0161anu vai palielin\u0101\u0161anu &#8211; summa, par k\u0101du samazina vai palielina maks\u0101jumus vai devumus, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 par vienu gadu;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par maks\u0101jumu vai devumu izbeig\u0161anu &#8211; atliku\u0161o maks\u0101jumu vai devumu kopsumma, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 par vienu gadu;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par nomas un \u012bres l\u012bguma pirmstermi\u0146a izbeig\u0161anu \u2014 maks\u0101jumu kopsumma par atliku\u0161o l\u012bguma darb\u012bbas laiku, bet ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 par trim gadiem;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s par \u012bpa\u0161uma ties\u012bb\u0101m uz nekustamo mantu &#8211; t\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bba, bet ne maz\u0101ka par t\u0101s kadastr\u0101lo v\u0113rt\u012bbu;<\/li><li>pras\u012bb\u0101s, kas sast\u0101v no vair\u0101kiem patst\u0101v\u012bgiem mantiskiem pras\u012bjumiem &#8211; visu summa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Pras\u012bbas summu nor\u0101da pras\u012bt\u0101js. Ja nor\u0101d\u012bt\u0101 pras\u012bbas summa ac\u012bm redzami neatbilst izpras\u0101m\u0101s mantas \u012bstajai v\u0113rt\u012bbai, pras\u012bbas summu nosaka tiesa.<\/p>\n\n<h4>Samaks\u0101t\u0101 valsts nodeva atmaks\u0101jama piln\u012bgi vai da\u013c\u0113ji \u0161\u0101dos gad\u012bjumos:<\/h4>\n\n<ol><li>ja iemaks\u0101ta liel\u0101ka nodeva, nek\u0101 to nosaka likums;<\/li><li>ja tiesa atsak\u0101s pie\u0146emt pieteikumu vai atst\u0101j bez izskat\u012b\u0161anas pieteikumu;<\/li><li>ja izbeidz liet\u0101 tiesved\u012bbu uz t\u0101 pamata, ka lietas izskat\u012b\u0161ana nav pak\u013cauta tiesai vai tiesved\u012bba izbeigta;<\/li><li>ja pras\u012bbu atst\u0101j bez izskat\u012b\u0161anas uz t\u0101 pamata, ka ieinteres\u0113t\u0101 persona, kas griezusies ties\u0101, nav iev\u0113rojusi attiec\u012bgajai lietu kategorijai noteikto lietas \u0101rpustiesas izskat\u012b\u0161anas k\u0101rt\u012bbu vai pieteikumu iesniegusi r\u012bc\u012bbnesp\u0113j\u012bga persona.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<h4>Kancelejas nodeva maks\u0101jama:<\/h4>\n\n<ul><li>par liet\u0101 eso\u0161\u0101 dokumenta noraksta izsnieg\u0161anu, k\u0101 ar\u012b par tiesas sprieduma vai l\u0113muma atk\u0101rtotu izsnieg\u0161anu \u2014 2 lati;<\/li><li>par izzi\u0146as izsnieg\u0161anu \u2014 0,50 lati;<\/li><li>par izpildu raksta dublik\u0101ta izdo\u0161anu \u2014 5 lati;<\/li><li>par tiesas nol\u0113muma sp\u0113k\u0101 st\u0101\u0161an\u0101s apliecin\u0101\u0161anu, ja \u0161is nol\u0113mums iesniedzams \u0101rvalstu iest\u0101d\u0113s, \u2014 3 lati;<\/li><li>par liecinieku uzaicin\u0101\u0161anu \u2014 3 lati par katru personu.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h4>Ar lietas izskat\u012b\u0161anu saist\u012btie izdevumi ir:<\/h4>\n\n<ul><li>summas, kas j\u0101izmaks\u0101 lieciniekiem un ekspertiem;<\/li><li>izdevumi, kas saist\u012bti ar liecinieku nopratin\u0101\u0161anu vai apskates izdar\u012b\u0161anu uz vietas;<\/li><li>ar atbild\u0113t\u0101ja mekl\u0113\u0161anu saist\u012btie izdevumi;<\/li><li>ar tiesas sprieduma izpildi saist\u012btie izdevumi;<\/li><li>ar pras\u012bbas pieteikuma noraksta un tiesas pav\u0113stu pieg\u0101d\u0101\u0161anu un izsnieg\u0161anu saist\u012btie izdevumi;<\/li><li>ar sludin\u0101juma ievieto\u0161anu laikrakst\u0101 saist\u012btie izdevumi;<\/li><li>ar pras\u012bbas nodro\u0161in\u0101\u0161anu saist\u012btie izdevumi;<\/li><li>ar mantojuma apsardz\u012bbu un invent\u0101ra saraksta sast\u0101d\u012b\u0161anu saist\u012btie izdevumi.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h4>No tiesas izdevumu samaksas valsts ien\u0101kumos atbr\u012bvoti:<\/h4>\n\n<ol><li>pras\u012bt\u0101ji &#8211; pras\u012bb\u0101s par darba samaksas piedzi\u0146u un citiem darbinieku pras\u012bjumiem, kas izriet no darba tiesiskaj\u0101m attiec\u012bb\u0101m vai ir ar t\u0101m saist\u012bti;<\/li><li>pras\u012bt\u0101ji &#8211; pras\u012bb\u0101s, kas izriet no personiskiem aizsk\u0101rumiem, kuru rezult\u0101t\u0101 radies sakrop\u013cojums vai cits vesel\u012bbas boj\u0101jums vai iest\u0101jusies personas n\u0101ve;<\/li><li>pras\u012bt\u0101ji &#8211;
