Izmai\u0146u ir maz, bet, konkr\u0113ti, tie skar 40.pantu, kas atbild par to, kas j\u0101nor\u0101da darba l\u012bgum\u0101. \u0160is pants nosaka oblig\u0101t\u0101s pras\u012bbas darba dev\u0113jam saist\u012bb\u0101 ar darba l\u012bguma sast\u0101d\u012b\u0161anu.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160odien (kop\u0101 ar jaun\u0101m izmai\u0146\u0101m) darba l\u012bgum\u0101 nepiecie\u0161ams nor\u0101d\u012bt inform\u0101ciju, kas noteikta turpm\u0101kajos likuma punktos:<br>1) darbinieka v\u0101rds, uzv\u0101rds, personas kods (\u0101rzemniekam, kuram nav personas koda &#8211; dzim\u0161anas datums), adrese vai darba dev\u0113ja re\u0123istr\u0101cijas numurs un adrese;<br>2) darba tiesisko attiec\u012bbu s\u0101kuma datums;<br>3) darba tiesisko attiec\u012bbu paredzamais ilgums (ja darba l\u012bgums nosl\u0113gts uz noteiktu laiku);<br>4) darba vieta (ja darba pien\u0101kumu veik\u0161ana nav paredz\u0113ta k\u0101d\u0101 noteikt\u0101 darba viet\u0101, nor\u0101de, ka darbinieks var tikt nodarbin\u0101ts da\u017e\u0101d\u0101s viet\u0101s);<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160is punkts tika papildin\u0101ts ar iesp\u0113ju nenor\u0101d\u012bt konkr\u0113tu darba vietu, bet aizst\u0101t to ar fr\u0101zi par br\u012bvu darba vietas noteik\u0161anu. Iesp\u0113jams, \u0161\u012bs izmai\u0146as radu\u0161\u0101s saist\u012bb\u0101 ar p\u0113d\u0113j\u0101 laik\u0101 pla\u0161i izplat\u012bto darba formu, piem\u0113ram, att\u0101lin\u0101to darbu.<\/p>\n\n<p>5) darbinieka profesija, amats, specialit\u0101te (turpm\u0101k \u2013 profesija) un visp\u0101r\u012bgs nol\u012bgt\u0101 darba raksturojums; saska\u0146\u0101 ar Profesiju klasifikatoru un l\u012bgum\u0101 noteikto darba visp\u0101r\u012bgo raksturojumu;<br>6) darba samaksas apm\u0113rs un izmaksas laiks;<br>7) nol\u012bgtais dienas vai ned\u0113\u013cas darba laiks, ja darbinieka darba grafiks piln\u012bb\u0101 vai liel\u0101koties paredzams. Ja ir nol\u012bgts nepilns darba laiks un darba grafiks nav piln\u012bb\u0101 vai liel\u0101koties paredzams, nor\u0101da, ka darba grafiks ir main\u012bgs, k\u0101 ar\u012b ietver inform\u0101ciju par to nol\u012bgto darba laiku, kas ir garant\u0113tais apmaks\u0101tais darba laiks m\u0113ne\u0161a ietvar\u0101, k\u0101 ar\u012b inform\u0101ciju, k\u0101d\u0101 laik\u0101 darbinieks var veikt darbu vai vi\u0146am b\u016btu pien\u0101kums veikt darbu, un inform\u0101ciju par minim\u0101lo pazi\u0146o\u0161anas laiku pirms darba uzs\u0101k\u0161anas vai t\u0101 atsaukuma;<\/p>\n\n<p>Sept\u012btais punkts ir piln\u012bb\u0101 p\u0101rskat\u012bts. Attiec\u012bgi l\u012bgum\u0101 j\u0101nor\u0101da ne tikai uzteikuma termi\u0146\u0161, bet ar\u012b j\u0101pasaka, k\u0101 darbinieks tiks inform\u0113ts par darba l\u012bguma uzteik\u0161anu un darba attiec\u012bbas p\u0101rtrauk\u0161anu.<br>10) atsauce uz darba kopl\u012bgumu, darba k\u0101rt\u012bbas noteikumi, kas piem\u0113rojami darba tiesiskaj\u0101m attiec\u012bb\u0101m<br>11) p\u0101rbaudes laiks un t\u0101 ilgums, ja \u0161\u0101ds p\u0101rbaudes laiks ir noteikts;<br>12) darbinieka ties\u012bbas uz apm\u0101c\u012bbu, ja darba dev\u0113js t\u0101das nodro\u0161ina;<br>13) t\u0101s soci\u0101l\u0101 nodro\u0161in\u0101juma iest\u0101des, kuras sa\u0146em soci\u0101l\u0101s iemaksas, kas saist\u012btas ar darba attiec\u012bb\u0101m, un jebk\u0101du darba dev\u0113ja sniegto aizsardz\u012bbu attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz soci\u0101lo nodro\u0161in\u0101jumu, ja par \u0161o aizsardz\u012bbu ir atbild\u012bgs darba dev\u0113js.<\/p>\n\n<p>11, 12 un 13 \u2013 punkti tiek pievienoti.<\/p>\n\n<p>Par &#8220;p\u0101rbaudes laiku&#8221; iepriek\u0161 bija nor\u0101d\u012bts 47.pant\u0101, un darba dev\u0113js \u0161\u0101du nosac\u012bjumu iepriek\u0161 bija jau iek\u013c\u0101vis l\u012bgum\u0101, jo bija nepiecie\u0161ams, ta\u010du \u0161\u012b nebija oblig\u0101ta pras\u012bba.
