Saist\u012bb\u0101 ar ieguld\u012bjumu vienas kapit\u0101lsabiedr\u012bbas pamatkapit\u0101l\u0101 termi\u0146uztur\u0113\u0161an\u0101s at\u013cauju izsniedz ne vair\u0101k k\u0101 10 \u0101rzemniekiem, ja katrs no vi\u0146iem ir veicis \u0161aj\u0101 punkt\u0101 noteikto ieguld\u012bjumu un samaks\u0101jis valsts bud\u017eet\u0101 10 000 EUR.<\/li><li>100 000 EUR un tas veikts kapit\u0101lsabiedr\u012bb\u0101, kura nodarbina vair\u0101k nek\u0101 50 darbinieku un kuras gada apgroz\u012bjums vai gada bilance p\u0101rsniedz 10 miljonus eiro.<\/li><li>100 000 eiro un tas veikts kapit\u0101lsabiedr\u012bbas pamatkapit\u0101l\u0101, kura kop\u0101 ar vienu vai vair\u0101kiem meitas uz\u0146\u0113mumiem, kas re\u0123istr\u0113ti Latvijas Republik\u0101, nodarbina vair\u0101k nek\u0101 50 darbinieku un to kop\u0113jais gada apgroz\u012bjums vai gada bilance p\u0101rsniedz 10 miljonus eiro;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>2.
