Our company participated in a tender organized by a state-owned enterprise. We are not residents of Latvia. The competition was won by a competing company. We believe that the decision of the state-owned enterprise is not fair, since our offer was the most profitable, and we met all the criteria from the point of view of technical requirements. How can we challenge this decision, in what time frame?
