In order to apply for the status of a permanent resident of the European Union, I, as a citizen of Russia, must answer a number of additional questions from the OCMA. Can I somehow get away from the awkward questions and provide general answers?

In the opinion of the OCMA, the failure to provide information in the required form and volume, as well as the provision of false information and the evasion of providing direct answers, can be regarded as grounds for refusing to grant a residence permit in accordance with Article 34, part 1, first paragraph and Article 35, part 1, first paragraph, of the Immigration Act.
