One of our employees refuses to wear a face mask at work. Would would be the consequences of such a behavior?

In accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Latvia “On Emergency Situation and State of Exception”, for violation of prohibitions or restrictions established during an emergency or state of exception, a fine is applied for individuals from 10 to 2000 euros, and for legal entities – from 100 to 5,000 euros.
