According to the sanction, liability for the alleged offense ranges from 10 to 40 fine units (50-200 euros).

The drone and the phone were confiscated as the means by which the offense was committed. The further fate of the drone and phone will be decided by the police in the course of the case. There are two options – either return or confiscate. The law does not spell out the criteria under which the seized property must be returned to the rightful owner, and under which – confiscated to the state. Everything is at the discretion of the official making the decision.

The term for making a decision is 1 month, but it can be extended by the police up to 4 months.
