Legal advice

I am expecting a child from a man with whom we are not married, were not, and are not planning. He would like to give the child his last name. For me, this is unacceptable for a number of reasons. Firstly, I am convinced that the family should have one surname, and the family is me and my children. Secondly (and this is the main reason) – we already have one child, and he has my surname, and I am absolutely sure that my brother and sister, who, in all probability, will study at the same school and in general they will be together for a long time in life, the surname must be one, otherwise they will be constantly asked whether they are relatives, etc. Does the father of the child have the legal right to insist that the second child bear his last name? And what should I do to prevent this in any case? Now, if we come to register a child, and he will insist on his surname, and I – on his own – in whose favor will this be decided?
