Recently used the services of a cheap air carrier – I bought a ticket to London literally for a penny to celebrate the New Year there. The flight was delayed, not for an hour or two, but for more than 10 hours. Nobody really explained anything to me, I was forced to just sit at the airport almost all night and wait. I was late for the New Year’s Eve. Can I ask for some compensation from this airline?
